Health Through Yoga and Mobility

My name is Ashish Gahlot, a 29-year-old yoga and mobility educator. Throughout my childhood, I had eating disorders, which not only made me agitated and angry over small things but also impacted my overall immunity due to a lack of nutrition. This led to frequent illness. Over the years, my body became stiff, and I started suffering from chronic back and shoulder pain. After countless sessions with chiropractors, physiotherapists, and massages, I decided to find my own solution.

I studied human anatomy extensively to understand why the body feels pain and how to cure it. I also went to Mysore to learn traditional yoga asanas, which became part of my healing process. My vision is to make mobility a part of people's lifestyle as it has been a lifesaver for me.
